Ryan Abbott - Head of Post Production

A Los Angeles native, 495’s Head of Post Production Ryan Abbott recognized the potential of the reality genre at its inception and has spent his career behind-the-scenes on non-scripted series.

From game shows to documentary-based projects, Abbott’s career includes projects with Arnold Shapiro Productions, Rocket Science Laboratories and A. Smith & Co. Prior to joining 495 Productions, Abbott’s credits included “Scared Straight,” “Paradise Hotel,” “My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancé” and “Trading Spouses,” among others.

Since joining 495, Abbott has worked countless hours on the company’s flagship series “Design Star,” the recent hits “A Shot At Love” and “Tool Academy” and the upcoming series “Dance Your Ass Off” for Oxygen.
