Stephanie Lydecker - Head of Development
Television veteran Stephanie Lydecker brings her years of experience from both behind the camera and in front of it to 495 as Head of Development.
A native of Long Island, Lydecker began her career at Sally Jessy Raphael, with Company founder Sally Ann Salsano. Lydecker went on to produce “The Bachelor” (seasons 2 and 3), “The Bachelorette,” “Temptation Island” (seasons 1 and 2), “American Idol” (season 1) and “Design Star” (seasons 1-3). She also spearheaded development for MTV’s “A Shot of Love” and Style Network’s “Big Party Plan Off.”
Lydecker’s television sensibilities are heightened from her previous roles in front of the camera as host of numerous network and cable series including HGTV’s “Decorating Cents,” DIY’s “Home Made Easy,” NBC’s “Host Delivery,” ABC’s “Extreme Makeover, Wedding Edition,” A&E’s “Makeover Mamas” and as a correspondent for ABC’s “Trista & Ryan’s Wedding,” among others.
A connoisseur of television, Lydecker is currently developing a slate of projects for cable and broadcast networks including the company’s first look deal with MTV. |
